• Be located in Kent 
• Be an SME that is scale‑ready, rather than early‑stage
• Employ a minimum of 7 staff
• Have a minimum annual turnover of £250,000
• Have a minimum trading history of 3 years 
• Demonstrate year‑on‑year growth
• Evidence clear growth ambition, typically projecting 15%+ growth
• Show capital investment potential, particularly where structured support can unlock productivity and growth
• Be categorised within the following sectors:
